1. It's a game

Hello London is a life simulation game for entertainment, run by Bolakale Adewale, trading as Hello London. The characters, jobs, employers, homes, prices, wages, taxes, rents, fines, court cases and events in it are made up or simplified to make the game fun. They aren't accurate and may not reflect real life.

Nothing in the game is financial, tax, legal, medical, career, housing, driving or relationship advice. For real decisions, please speak to a qualified professional.

2. In-game money has no real value

Pounds in the game are in-game money only. They can't be withdrawn, cashed out, sold, exchanged or transferred, and they have no value outside the game, even if you bought them with real money. In-game investing, property, businesses and the rich list are pretend and don't reflect real markets. See section 5 of the Terms.

3. Made-up people and businesses

The game's characters, and businesses such as CityLine, Northgate Digital, Corner Cup and Mama Tee's Kitchen, are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or companies is a coincidence. Job and workplace scenes are simplified for the game and aren't training or guidance for real jobs.

4. Real places

The game is set in a stylised version of London and includes real areas, streets, landmarks and transport so the city feels familiar. Their appearance in the game doesn't mean anyone connected with them endorses, sponsors or is linked to Hello London. Routes, journey times, prices and opening hours in the game are invented and may be different in real life, so always check with the operator before you travel. Names and trade marks belong to their owners.

5. Adverts

Some billboards, buses, bus stops and other places in the game show adverts paid for by real businesses. Adverts are labelled. We check every advert before it appears, but the advertiser is responsible for what it says, and showing an advert doesn't mean we recommend the product or service.

6. Other players

Players can chat, post and message each other. What other players say is their own, not ours. Never share personal details, money or passwords with people you meet in the game, and please report anything harmful (the report button, or Phone → Help).

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the game running and your progress safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change, pause or rebalance features. This doesn't affect your rights as a consumer or any liability the law doesn't allow us to limit. See the Terms.
